Coaching Experience: Over 10 years in the corporate arena, providing career development, mentorship and performance planning and assessments to professionals and teams.  Five years ago I began coaching individuals outside the work environment, addressing life path planning, support for challenging circumstances, and partnership for discovery, empowerment and action.  My approach is a blend of personal foundation work, attention to extreme self-care and support and guidance as you create your personal and professional evolution path.
